I can honestly say 9 times out of 10, when I do a [Hit or Quit] post the featured artists are without a doubt DOPE!! Check out this artist by the name of Cya (Sigh ya) from Chicago. He is apart of a duo, Brown Audio, and a group, The Beat Street Club (Ciya is on the left of the pic). He’s been rapping for over 20 yrs. No he’s not the ordinary, wake up the next day.. let me be a rapper type. He has really studied and mastered his craft. A quality that a lot of new artists don’t do too much of.

His music is very reminiscent to the hard core-cutting edge lyrics of the 90’s, not to mention he’s a Hip-Hop head too. A true emcee and B-Boy (Ha! well I’m a writer not just the blogging one but the tagging one lol ), he is very serious about making good music, and staying true to Hip-Hop.
